Ioannis Alexopoulos, Signature Litigation

Ioannis specialises in international commercial litigation and arbitration, with a particular focus on civil fraud disputes, business break ups and asset recovery.

He has extensive experience in asset tracing and investigations claims, as well as judgment enforcement across multiple jurisdictions. He has also managed regulatory investigations including US Department of Justice Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) investigations.

Kate Gee, Signature Litigation

Paul has nearly 30 years’ experience in complex multi-jurisdictional commercial and insolvency related disputes and has acted in some of the largest and highest profile insolvencies of recent times.

Paul’s work is generally claimant focused, often with a heavy investigative and fraud and asset tracing bias.

Michael Leeds, Interpath Advisory

Michael is a Managing Director in our Contentious Insolvency team alongside Kristina Kicks and David Standish.

He has over 17 years’ experience of working on asset recovery engagements, particularly cases which have international and offshore aspects to them. Many of Michael’s cases have involved litigation and bringing claims against third parties following investigations.

Michael has also worked on a number of Deceased Estates and has been involved in various Private Client disputes.

Kristina Kicks, Interpath Advisory

Kris is a Licensed Insolvency Practitioner and has over 20 years’ experience in asset tracing, insolvency and recovery in the UK and overseas.

She specialises in contentious and complex corporate and personal asset recovery and insolvency assignments, and has wide experience in enforcement, investigations, identifying and securing assets in the UK and overseas.

Kris has successfully pursued a wide range of recovery actions against directors and third parties, and led the investigations and recoveries in many complex personal insolvency matters.

Her experience also includes Court Appointed Receiverships and Proceeds of Crime Act matters, with expertise in private client and family disputes.

Alex Dunstan-Lee, Interpath Advisory

Alex leads the Data & Tech Advisory group at Interpath.
