Becca has a wide range of experience in commercial disputes with a focus on banking and financial services. She specialises in high value complex matters including both High Court litigation and arbitration. Becca also advises on regulatory matters including regulatory investigations involving the FCA.
Becca’s recent experience includes acting for a large institutional and retail claimant group litigation against the Royal Bank of Scotland and its former directors, and acting for the former management of a Thai renewable energy company in a $2bn dispute defending allegations of fraud and conspiracy.
Becca is recognised as a ‘Next Generation Partner’ by The Legal 500 UK 2023 for banking litigation. Becca is described as “exceptional“, with an “excellent grasp of the detail”. She is further praised as a “safe and skilled pair of hands.” She has been described, by previous editions of the Guide, as “stellar“, “calm and strategic“. She has also been praised for her “good instincts” and “commercial approach”. Becca is also a Committee Member of the Collective Redress Lawyers Association, which is dedicated to promoting and facilitating reforms and practices that improve the mechanics of collective redress.
Before joining Signature Litigation, Becca was an Associate at Clyde & Co where she trained and qualified in September 2010. Becca also has experience working in the FSA’s enforcement division and at Goldman Sachs’ Compliance Division while on secondment.
