Biography
Camille specialises in commercial litigation, internal investigations and compliance.
Camille has significant experience in representing French and international clients in complex disputes, including corporate, civil fraud, cross-border litigation, white-collar crimes and corporate compliance.
Prior to joining Signature Litigation, Camille worked in the Public Prosecutor’s office of the Paris Commercial Court and was trained in major international law firms in Paris. Her experience includes implementing compliance programmes and providing assistance to international corporations in the context of controls by the French Anti-corruption Agency (AFA).
Camille studied at the Sorbonne, Descartes University in Paris and at King’s College London, and qualified in 2019.
Camille is ranked in The Legal 500 EMEA 2021 Guide as a ‘Recommended Lawyer’ for compliance, which notes that she “provides strong support” to clients and the practice. She is also a member of the Women’s White Collar Defence Association (WWCDA).
Experience
- Assisting a Russian State entity, acting as liquidator of a Russian bank, in a high profile case against the bank’s former owner in the scope of enforcement proceedings involving piercing the corporate veil and attachment of assets located in France.
- Representing company directors in a dispute between shareholders.
- Assisting international companies during their control by the French Anti-corruption Agency (AFA) at the questionnaire and onsite control stages.
- Drafting a request for a judicial expertise in summary proceedings pursuant to Article 145 of the Code of Civil Procedure.
- Assisting a large company in an amicable settlement of a dispute and the drafting of a settlement agreement.
- Assisting a large clothing manufacturing company in distress during its conciliation proceedings.
