Signature Litigation’s Paris office today announces the promotion of two of its Senior Associates to Counsel.

Mathilde Gérot and Claire Massiera will take up their new positions today.

Mathilde Gérot has developed strong expertise in commercial litigation, assisting and representing domestic and international companies, mainly in the mass retail, tech, logistics and automotive sectors.

Claire Massiera has focused her practice on commercial, corporate and banking litigation as well as on disputes in the aviation sector.

In line with some of the very immediate challenges for French and international companies, Mathilde Gérot and Claire Massiera have extended their practices to highly specialised matters. Mathilde Gérot has in-depth and practical experience of regulatory disputes, assisting in particular clients on their major data protection issues. Claire Massiera has acquired a sharp expertise in disputes and related compliance issues faced by companies in the field of private enforcement of competition law as well as arising from corporate sustainability due diligence.

Mathilde Gérot joined Signature Litigation in 2020. Prior to joining Signature Litigation, Mathilde practiced at August & Debouzy, Hogan Lovells and Clifford Chance.

Claire Massiera joined Signature Litigation in 2019 when the Paris office was founded, having previously trained and practiced at Hogan Lovells.
