Our Paris office is located at 49/51 Avenue George V, 75008 Paris.

The office is led by a five partner team, comprising Thomas Rouhette, former head of Hogan Lovells’ Paris disputes practice, Sylvie Gallage-Alwis, previously a member of the litigation team of Hogan Lovells for over 10 years, Emmanuèle Lutfalla, an insurance and reinsurance litigation specialist, who joins Signature Litigation from Soulié & Coste-Floret, a boutique French insurance disputes firm, specialist commercial arbitration practitioner Flore Poloni and Jérémie Fierville, a corporate and financial dispute resolution specialist. This team is supported by 18 other fee earners.

Jérémie Fierville

Jérémie’s practice focuses on shareholders, governance, and M&A disputes, as well as general commercial and civil litigation. Having practised in both Paris and London, Jérémie acts for a broad range of French and international companies. He represents his clients in strategic pre-litigations, litigations and arbitrations, as well as mediation proceedings.
