The Paris office of Signature Litigation was created in line with the philosophy of our London office. It offers clients a dedicated litigation and international arbitration team comprising lawyers who are recognised for their expertise and their training at major international law firms.

Our Paris office is located at 49/51 Avenue George V, 75008 Paris.

The office is led by a four partner team, comprising Thomas Rouhette, former head of Hogan Lovells’ Paris disputes practice, Sylvie Gallage-Alwis, previously a member of the litigation team of Hogan Lovells for over 10 years, Emmanuèle Lutfalla, an insurance and reinsurance litigation specialist, who joins Signature Litigation from Soulié & Coste-Floret, a boutique French insurance disputes firm, and Nicolas Brooke, former General Counsel for Litigation and Investigations at Société Générale. This team is supported by ten other fee earners.

Nicolas Brooke

Nicolas has deep experience in the management of complex and international high stakes litigations. He receives high praise within the industry; his team at Société Générale was awarded the “Trophée d’or Direction Juridique Contentieux” by Décideurs/Leaders League and most recently Nicolas won the “Outstanding In-house Counsel” award at the Global Investigations Review Awards in 2018.
