Signature Litigation’s Paris office is delighted to be hosting a breakfast seminar exploring lost profits in international arbitration, at 8am on 31 October.
The panel of experts will discuss the underlying concepts of lost profits in international arbitration, which critics consider abstruse and reliant on subjective judgement.
Signature Partners Flore Poloni and Tsegaye Laurendeau will be joined by Anthony Theau-Laurent, Partner at Accuracy, Juliette Fortin, Senior Managing Director and Head of France Economic and Financial Consulting at FTI Consulting, Prof. Dr. Jan Kleinheisterkamp, Visiting Professor in Practice at The London School of Economics and Political Science and independent arbitrator and mediator, and Katherine Bell, Partner at Schellenberg Wittmer Ltd.
The breakfast seminar will be held at Signature Litigation’s Paris office during the annual IBA Conference in Paris, which will take place from 29 October to 3 November.
We look forward to welcoming all attendees on 31 October.
Those interested in attending can RSVP here.
