On Friday 15 September, Partner Tsegaye Laurendeau will be moderating a panel discussion on the enforcement of force majeure clauses in the context of emerging global threats at the Biennial IBA African Regional Forum Conference.
The conference, which will take place in Kigali, Rwanda from 13 to 15 September 2023, will bring together leading experts in the field to discuss regional integration, the impact of technology on the African legal sector and developments in international arbitration in Africa.
