Biography
Alice specialises in commercial litigation, product liability, manufacturer/supplier chain and insurance disputes.
Alice is a litigator with significant experience in national and cross border disputes related to product liability for both manufacturers and insurers. In this scope, she has further developed specific expertise in managing expert proceedings in multi-party litigation. She advises clients from a large range of industry sectors such as the nuclear, energy, pharmaceutical, construction and cosmetic sectors.
She also advises clients on regulatory matters and assists companies launching new products.
Prior to joining Signature Litigation, Alice studied at the Sorbonne, at Dauphine University in Paris and at Leiden University in The Netherlands. She also trained at various law firms and at the Paris Court of Appeal, gaining practical insights on litigation.

Product Liability Litigation
- Representing a manufacturer of distribution systems in its dispute with one of its clients operating in the pharmaceutical sector alleging a defect in the distribution systems provided.
- Representing a designer and manufacturer of electrical machines in a dispute with one of its customers operating a co-generation power plant following the shutdown of the said power plant.
- Representing a company specialising in thermal and air conditioning equipment and its insurer against which liability is sought as a result of a fire in a residential building.
- Acting for a Canadian manufacturer of hydraulic turbines and its insurer in its dispute with its sub-contractors following the discovery of defects in the said turbine parts of a hydroelectric power plant in Canada.
- Assisting a supplier of metal tubes for the nuclear sector in its dispute with its metal supplier and with its own customers all over the world following the disclosure, by its supplier, of irregularities in the said metal.
- Assisting a company specialising in the treatment of nuclear waste in the scope of criminal proceedings brought against it as a result of a breach of the applicable regulations.
- Assisting a French association representing companies from the cosmetic industry on regulatory matters.
Commercial Litigation
- Representing a leading American cosmetics manufacturer in a dispute against its French distributor with respect to the termination of established business relations.
- Representing an aeronautical company in the dispute with its contractual partner as a result of a breach of its obligation to transfer the company.
